Prepare the material you want to work on
For your first project, have the song name, current bounce and files you want to share ready. You do not need to upload every project to understand the workflow. Start with a small delivery you can check from beginning to end. If you want to create an agreement, gather the participants’ details and discuss percentages with them first. Filling in a form comes after that conversation, rather than settling the creative discussion for you.
Try one real review with your team
Before sharing a delivery, listen to the file and check that it is the version you intend to send. Give it a recognizable name and explain what you need from the recipient: an opinion, specific changes or approval. When feedback arrives, identify the relevant part of the song and keep the earlier version. Your first attempt can then reflect an actual task and show whether the workflow fits the way you work.
