wuse TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview

This website at yoson.co and the related wuse web application at yoson.co/dashboard (collectively, the "Service") are operated by Cashkade LLC ("wuse", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals who create accounts, upload content, invite collaborators, purchase subscriptions, share review links, or otherwise interact with the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Service" The wuse website, web application at yoson.co/dashboard, linked review and delivery pages, and any related tools or features operated by Cashkade LLC.

"Your Content" Any content you upload, create, import, store, or otherwise make available through the Service, including audio files, songs, stems, mixes, project versions, lyrics, notes, annotations, artwork, split sheets, metadata, and related materials.

"Private Workspace Content" Your Content stored in your wuse workspace that is not made available outside the Service except through sharing features you explicitly enable.

"Shared Access Content" Your Content you choose to share through wuse features such as review links, portal links, playlist shares, delivery links, ROOM sessions, or public split verification pages.

"Split Sheet" A formal ownership and royalty agreement document created, signed, or verified through the Service, including any associated verification ID or public verification URL.

3. Ownership of Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in and to Your Content.

Cashkade LLC does not claim ownership of the music, recordings, lyrics, split sheets, or other materials you upload or create through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright ownership of Your Content to Cashkade LLC.

4. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, store, share, or otherwise make available through the Service.

By uploading or sharing Your Content, you represent and warrant that:

You may not use the Service to upload, store, or distribute content that you do not have the legal right to use or share.

The Service is not intended for the distribution of leaked or unauthorized recordings.

Cashkade LLC does not review all content uploaded to the Service but reserves the right to remove or disable access to content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the rights of another party.

Nothing in these Terms makes Cashkade LLC the publisher or owner of Your Content.

• your use of the Service and Your Content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; and
• if the content was created with collaborators or other rights holders, you have obtained permission to upload and share that content on their behalf.

5. License to Operate the Service

To operate the Service, you grant Cashkade LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to:

It terminates when you delete the content or close your account, except where limited retention is required for backup systems, legal obligations, billing records, or enforcement of these Terms.

This license does not permit Cashkade LLC to sell, license, commercially exploit, or promote Your Content.

• encode, transcode, and technically process the content to support playback, streaming, analysis, and delivery;
• display, stream, and transmit the content to you and to individuals you choose to share it with through the Service; and

6. Service Integrity and Abuse Prevention

Cashkade LLC may take reasonable actions to protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Service.

Cashkade LLC does not actively monitor all user activity or content but reserves the right to investigate potential misuse of the Service when necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

• detecting, preventing, or investigating misuse of the Service;
• enforcing storage limits, project limits, version limits, or technical restrictions associated with your plan;
• removing or disabling access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law; and
• cooperating with lawful requests from government authorities or rights holders.

7. Sharing, Review Links, and ROOM

wuse allows users to share content using review links, portal links, playlist shares, delivery pages, ROOM sessions, and related collaboration tools.

When you share content using these features, Cashkade LLC may stream or display the content only to recipients you designate or to anyone who possesses an active link or token for that specific flow, depending on how you configure sharing.

Sharing a link to your content does not grant Cashkade LLC ownership or commercial rights to your content beyond the limited license necessary to deliver the content through the Service.

You are responsible for who receives access links and for revoking access when appropriate.

8. AI and Technical Analysis

To operate and improve the Service, Cashkade LLC may analyze audio files to extract technical metadata such as duration, loudness (including LUFS measurements where applicable), waveform information, and other signals used for organization, playback, or reference comparison features.

These processes are used to support search, organization, delivery workflows, split verification, and product reliability.

Cashkade LLC will not:

Metadata extraction and technical analysis are performed solely to operate the Service and do not grant Cashkade LLC ownership of Your Content.

Any future use of Your Content for generative AI training would require a separate, explicit opt-in from users.

• use Your Content to train generative artificial intelligence systems capable of producing new music;
• license Your Content to third parties for generative AI training; or
• build models designed to imitate the musical style of specific users.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

wuse may offer paid subscription plans and related features.

Subscription fees, trials, and plan limits are described within the Service. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through your account billing settings or by contacting support.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers shown at checkout. All payments are subject to the billing terms of the applicable payment platform.

10. Third-Party Tools

The Service may provide access to third-party tools or integrations.

Cashkade LLC does not control these tools and is not responsible for their operation. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites.

Cashkade LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

12. Copyright and DMCA

Cashkade LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Cashkade LLC may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

13. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at yoson.co/privacy.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

Cashkade LLC makes no warranties regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashkade LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashkade LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to wuse in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cashkade LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

19. Termination

Cashkade LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or fail to maintain required billing.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account closure by contacting hello@yoson.co.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cashkade LLC regarding the Service.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable law.

22. Changes to Terms

Cashkade LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
